- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer Service: Almost without exception, they are incredibly non-professional. Each time I go there, I feel that I'm being rushed away from the desk and I feel like I'm not welcome. Branch Hours: For a large bank, only being open until 4:00 is laughable. Shouldn't they have a later shift all hours of the week? I feel kind of ashamed that I must drive to Granby because I can't get out of work in order to make large business deposits. Very frustrating.By Keith Berthiaume, September 19, 2017
