- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Hank Weatherby and his team are outstanding and clearly some of the best in the field of elder law, probate and estate planning. I came to Hank with a stack of documents provided by a previous attorney and asked him for help and advice. I never truly understood what these complicated trust documents meant. All I knew was that my hands were tied in funding the care of my elderly mother because of them. Hank took the time to ask details about my family situation and to understand how I wanted to care for my aging Mom. He then provided the best solution to my current situation.
